Hi,

I'm Susan and I am incredibly excited to be joining Tiffield Academy as Assistant Principal. 

I have worked in education for 12 years, starting as a teaching assistant, then a teacher in both mainstream and specialist settings and finally my recent role as SENDCo in a secondary school. I am passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their dreams, whatever they may be. 

3 Facts About Me: 

1. I am married and have two children. We love spending time together as a family; going to the cinema, visiting theme parks or just relaxing and watching TV. 
2. I love building Lego and have lots of different sets on display around my house. 
3. I love bright colours - my favourite is yellow.
