    Tiffield Academy opened on 1 September 2025

    We are a brand new special school for children and young people between the ages of 4 and 18 who may be autistic (or experience other communication difficulties) and have severe learning difficulties.

    I'm Emma and I am really excited to have joined Tiffield Academy as a Family Support Worker. 

     

    I am passionate about ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed. With four years of experience in education, including working closely with SEN students as a Learning Support Assistant and as a Pastoral Leader, I have seen first hand the vital role that family and emotional support play in a child’s development. I look forward to building strong relationships with families and their young people.

    1. I love to go on long walks with my dog

    2. I love to colour and have time to relax 

    3. My favourite drink is a caramel frapp from Starbucks - I would drink these all day if i could! 

     

    I really look forward to meeting all of our families and meeting our new young people.
